Early March in Las Vegas means one thing:  its time to stock up on bloody mary mix, call in sick for work, and activate your UBER account (DUI’s are expensive in Clark County, and an all-around bad idea), because the 2016 Nightclub and Bar Convention is here!

For the next three days, industry professionals, beverage distributors, innovators in the bar trade and legit “party people” will descend upon the Las Vegas Convention Center for some of the best shenanigans and hi jinx this city has ever seen, and that’s really saying something.

And for the fifth year in a row, we here at Sin City Press will be, somehow, in the middle of it all.  As usual, expect candid interviews with attendees and exhibitors alike, many during questionable levels of sobriety, a comprehensive review of the newest spirits, liquors and craft beers, as well as a full survey of the coolest gadgets new to the bar and beverage industry.  We will  be welcoming submissions from each of the distributors for a 3,000 word feature review.  Here, we sample, rate and write about our experiences with each brand as we gather them up for a staff-wide taste and review.

(Side Note: last year, two of our writers and a photographer “called in sick” the day after our sampling extravaganza, kind of funny how that happens)
