Lucky Dragon hotel has closed its casino and restaurants for renovations, according to the Review-Journal.
Vegas Eater reports the downtown entertainment scene is expected to welcome the arrival of a club called TreeHouse Las Vegas.
Vegas welcomed an estimated 330,000 reveled on New Year’s Eve, with no major occurrences. We were a little too tipsy here at Sin City Press to do much camerawork on the Strip, but it was a relaxed and fun atmosphere for all. Happy New Year!

And of course, that news from last month that still hasn’t spread to every corner(technically this is 2017 news, but can you blame us?): Lotus of Siam, the restaurant dubbed by many critics and celebs as offering the best Thai food outside of Thailand, has opened at its new location on Flamingo near UNLV. We’re thrilled!
